Who is a business Coach?
A business coach is an individual that assists and guide business owners in the successful running of their businesses by clarifying the vision and goals of the business. Essentially, business coaching is the process used to take a business from where it is to where the owner wants it to be.
Why you need a business coach;
1. Helicopter view
A business coach can see 360 degrees of you. They see what you cannot see about yourself and your business. They are able to give you constructive advice that your business need.
2. Accountability
A business coach will hold you accountable of your business goals. A business coach is not a consultant. They will not do the work for you in your business. They are there to keep you focused on the end result and remind you why it is important. They will motivate you to keep your commitments. They will act as a sounding board and when needed hold a mirror in front of you, highlighting your business and personal blind spots.

Got a business idea? A business coach can help you with brainstorming, giving you strategies and guidance for implementing the business ideas.
